It’s time for you to express your full personality and feel like you belong in English!

Because you shouldn't have to explain where you're from to everyone you meet

You already speak English well, functioning daily at work, maybe even at home.

But there are still moments that throw you off.

  • ✅ You hate repeating yourself when someone doesn't catch what you said.

  • ✅ You feel uncomfortable being asked “where are you from?” as the first question.

  • ✅ You notice yourself hesitating, pausing awkwardly, or overthinking how something sounds.

And it’s frustrating… because you do speak English.

In your native language, you’re expressive. You don’t second-guess yourself, and you just show up!

But in English, you feel like a slightly different version of you… more quiet and careful. It’s like your voice doesn’t fully match your intelligence or your personality.

And you’ve tried to fix it.

You’ve watched YouTube videos. Maybe you’ve even taken a pronunciation course before.

But it didn’t really stick. So, now you’re not really sure what you need to work on.

This isn’t because you’re not motivated.

Let’s be honest: you are intelligent, committed, and highly motivated! You’ve done well on your own.  You just haven’t had the right kind of support.

Pronunciation training can help you. But the one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work. You are an individual, and your voice is unique.

So you need a tailor-made method to help you reach your goals.

Yax Accent’s holistic approach teaches you the sounds, rhythm, and flow of English to help you speak more clearly and overcome mental blocks that affect your confidence!

Change is possible.

Hello! I'm Morgan Yax.

I’m here to give you pronunciation training for your English voice to match who you really are. So you can speak naturally, without overthinking every word, and feel more like yourself when you talk.

When we work together, you’ll be able to:

  • Speak clearly and be understandable

  • feel more respected and taken seriously in your profession,

  • express your humor, personality, and opinions

  • feel comfortable in social settings, not stuck in your head

But most importantly? You will stop fading into the background in group settings and second-guessing yourself after you speak.

Let’s work together!

Individual 1:1 Class

For when training your pronunciation feels important and personal.

You want focused support on your voice, your patterns, and your real-life situations…not just general support.

This is for you if:

  • You want to sound clear and confident in high-stakes situations (meetings, presentations, leadership conversations)

  • You have specific goals or projects you want to work on

  • You’re ready to go deeper and want direct, personalized feedback

  • You don’t want to guess what to work on—you want a clear path

With private coaching, you’ll:

  • Understand exactly what’s affecting your clarity—and how to fix it

  • Train your pronunciation in a structured, intentional way so it actually sticks

  • Work through hesitation, perfectionism, and self-doubt as they come up

  • Follow a clear roadmap, at your own pace

This is precise, focused work.

The first step is an Accent Evaluation. After that, there are two ways to work together, depending on your desired level of depth and support. We’ll discuss which fits you the best during your initial call.

Group Class

For when you want to learn alongside and practice with a group of committed women just like you.

You may already know what you want to improve—but you need consistency, guidance, and a safe place to actually use your voice.

This is for you if:

  • You hold back in group settings and want to speak up more

  • You want to build a strong foundation in the most important sounds of English

  • You learn well with structure, repetition, and peer support

  • You want to feel more comfortable speaking without being put on the spot

Inside the program, you’ll:

  • Focus on the most important sounds of American English

  • Learn rhythm, intonation, and listening across accents

  • Build habits through guided practice, worksheets, and audio exercises

  • Gain confidence speaking in a supportive, live group environment

This is where you practice, build consistency, and grow your confidence alongside other women doing the same over the course of 12 weeks. We open doors 1x a year.

“I was very aware of my Indian accent, and wanted to sound more natural. I already feel way more confident with my voice and accent. And I am so proud that when I am watching TV or listening to other people talk I can instantly understand if it sounds right and why it sounds more 'American'.”

I used to feel shy and worry about my pronunciation during English conversations. But now, I feel more confident! I can participate in meetings with international colleagues and give presentations now. Ms. Morgan taught me, “communication over perfection” which I’ve been thinking about and it’s valuable.”

Pronunciation isn’t just repeating sounds: it’s regaining confidence in your English, in your voice, in yourself.

Each live session will help you reframe or challenge limiting beliefs and push you out of your comfort zone.

Feeling “not good enough” right now? Totally normal. That’s part of what we work on in class. One time a month, we will do a “Confidence Audit” where we look at your goals, dreams, specific situations in which you are required to speak, and help you overcome fear, breathe through hard phrases, and let your body feel the words. Because the more you allow yourself to “feel” different, the more natural it becomes to speak differently.

Ready to feel like yourself in English and improve your pronunciation?

In this 45-minute Accent Evaluation, I’ll guide you through speaking, reading, and listening exercises to pinpoint your biggest pronunciation blocks, show you how to improve key sounds on the spot, and map out a clear 10-step action plan to reach your speaking goals.

Right now, you don’t know exactly what to work on or how to do it- this initial session changes that. You’ll finish with your personal pronunciation priority plan, so you have clarity and can get started towards improving immediately.

I’ve never felt more motivated about language lessons before. Morgan was able to identify the majority of my pronunciation problems within minutes. Her plans and exercises are so clear that I have everything I need to start improving right away!

“How do I know this will actually work?”

I get it. You’ve already tried so much—lessons, apps, videos—and you’re still not feeling the difference. You might even wonder, “Am I just bad at English?” (Spoiler: you’re not.)

Over the last 14 years, I’ve worked with women from 52 countries who felt the same way.I’ve seen how seriously women take communicating clearly. And here’s what I know: frustration usually comes from not knowing what to fix first and not having a clear, realistic path forward.

That’s why my classes are different. With me, you won’t be expected to waste time learning every single sound of English. Instead, we’ll pinpoint the exact sounds and patterns that affect your clarity and tackle one priority sound per week.

Between sessions,I’ll give you specific speaking exercises to do 10–15 minutes, four days a week. You’ll record yourself, listen back, and actually notice the changes happening. No guesswork, total personalized support.

“I want this but… I’m so busy! Work, family, traveling back and forth from here and my home country- how long will this take?”

I hear you. I don’t promise you will “sound like a native in 3 months.” But I do promise that from day one, you’ll know exactly how to shift your speech. You’ll stop second-guessing yourself because you’ll know what to do and what to avoid.  Most clients commit to at least three months.

After 10 sessions, you will have trained your mouth and your ears and built good pronunciation habits, and you'll notice the difference in your conversations, meetings, and day-to-day interactions.

Before working with Morgan, I felt insecure speaking English. People often asked me to repeat myself, and  I was afraid to speak. Now, my speaking has become more effortless, my fluency has improved, and I feel so much less stressed.

Just a few months ago, I never could have imagined that my English would improve the way it has! Before, I didn’t know how to pronounce many sounds such as V, Th, T, L, and vowels. I also wasn’t aware of natural speech patterns in contractions or intonation. My pronunciation skills are on fire (that's something some friends are telling me lately)!
